This WQ is pretty horrible to do when there's lots of players in the area.
How it works is that you throw the meat to a hyena, then follow that hyena for 5-10 seconds and then loot the fertilizer. It's visible to anyone, even shows up as yellow dot on the minimap, however only 1 player can loot it then it goes away.
So you need to do this 10 times, and hope noone comes around to steal "your" fertilizer. I was able to find a fairly quiet corner were I could use the same few hyenas over and over again (they respawn very fast). Note that you can have several hyenas working at the same time.
Fertilizer Duty is Vol'dun world quests and you can start it at Bouldered Bluffs subzone at 54.72 16.10 when it is active.
You can get there from Tortaka Refuge windrider. Move north and when you see road splits, take one going up the hill and move north-west.
- Use [spell=268695] extra action button on any hyena in the area.
- Collect Fertilizer from the ground.
