I went to The Witchwood, but you could go to Prepfoot (or any other flight path).

You'll see them stretched out in front of you and you only need walk along and mine them.
If you're not in a rush to level, stop levelling mining at 90 and wait for this quest. You'll get the last 10 from doing it.
