Use your Flameseer's Staff on the Blazebound Revenants...this will blow them up and spawn the smaller ones..as a Druid I just hurricane them down and move on to the next one :)
BTW this quest is NOT just for alliance rogues

This is a confusing quest and you can waste a lot of time because you don't have the correct information.

The quest details refer to the mobs you have to kill as "Unbound Flame spirits". If you fly around the area looking for "Unbound flame Spirits" you won't find any.

This is because the mobs you need to kill are called "Blazebound elementals" Now I know some might say, "well that's the same thing", but I tend to take names of things literally.

To make things worse, if you mouse over the Blazebound Elementals, there is no imformation in the tool tip that tells you that these are the guys you need to kill.

All you need to do is find Blazebound elementals, target them and hit with the staff, then kill the small flames when they appear, they are fairly easy.

Hope this saves someone some time.

Description

The large elementals that besiege us are not a singular entity. They are an amalgamation of lesser spirits bound together by the Twilight's Hammer cultists' magic. The rebuilt flameseer's staff will give us enough power to shatter its bonds. Destroy the smaller elementals once you've broken up the more dangerous large ones.
