Description

Alright <name>, we've saved as many as we could but now we need to make sure this disaster doesn't spread any further.

The firebombs are wired up and ready to go.

Kimzee just finished work on the flying machine so we're ready to ride back to the Gearworks as soon as we're finished.

You've done all the hard work so I think you should get the honors of triggering it.

This quest is how you earn the [item=111957].
It is given by [npc=81443].
It is the culmination of the quest chain that begins with Defungination and 2 other quests at the Pinchwhistle Gearworks in the SE of the Spires of Arak.
This series of quests only requires that you be level 96. There is no need to find a breadcrumb quest or to even complete any other quests within the zone beforehand.

The quests needed for this one (and thus to get the salvage yard blueprint) are:
Defungination
The Mother Lode
Getting the Crew Back Together
Follow that Hotrod!
The above are picked up and take place primarily around Pinchwhistle Gearworks. The following take place at Pinchwhistle Point:
Field Trial
Skimming Off the Top
The Right Parts for the Job
Sporicide
Curing With Force
Preventing the Worst
Then [npc=81443] will give you Flame On. After turning it in you can take [npc=82468] as one of your followers.
Note: When you first get to Pinchwhistle Gearworks there is another NPC at 62.6, 73.9 with a couple quests. I think they are required for this quest chain, but am not sure. The NPC is no longer visible after completing Flame On.

I couldn't climb into the plane because I was mounted. If you miss the flight, just abandon the quest and restart it.

Follow that Hotrod!Spires of Arak · Level 30-40
Miss Kimzee is one tough nugget but Pinchwhistle Point is too dangerous for her to handle alone. It'll be a catastrophe for morale if our boss gets infected. I need to get these crewmen back to the Gearworks so I need you to go and make sure she is alright.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

Unwanted PestsSpires of Arak · Level 30-40
Those creatures out in the shallows keep busting the turrets as fast as we can get them operational. I'm supposed to go clear them out but my blaster is completely busted; the damn thing barely can light a candle like this!
