WARNING: There is currently a bug in this mission, when you turn this quest in, all of your [item=124124] disappear from your bags AND bank.
The solution is to sell the extra blood, turn-in the quest and buy back.
EDIT: Fixed in Patch 7.0.3 Hotfixes - September 2:
The Druid quest “Focusing the Energies” will no longer consume all Blood of Sargeras in your inventory.

Description
In addition to shards of nightmare, we need Blood of Sargeras to reactivate the portal to the Rift of Aln. This rare reagent can be obtained from around the Broken Isles. Rumor has it that emissaries are in search of hardened adventurers, and may offer these in reward.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Powering the Portal
If Malorne is trapped in the Nightmare, we must try to save him. It may sound like a fool's errand, but we cannot sit by idly. There is an abandoned portal within the Emerald Dreamway, one that we druids closed long ago because it leads to the Rift of Aln.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Defending the Isles
As druids, our charge is to defend nature... and in turn, our home, Azeroth. Conflict breaks out all across the Broken Isles. The Burning Legion pushes forward, and numerous allies call out for our aid. We must focus our efforts on defense, before we can mount an offense against the Nightmare.
