Once you have followed Keeper Romulus, go east. The system did not let me through the brambles, but it seems as if you kill enough enemies it will let you through the side of the door blocked by the brambles so you can get to the Boss. I kept trying to find a way through the brambles, or to go around but it seems to remain locked until you kill enough of the minions.

If you're having trouble with this quest - the big guy is susceptible to Entangling Roots.
Ok so for anyone who has issues with this quest:
Once you have entered the Dreamway, even if Keeper Remulos disappears/phases, his phased version will still walk slowly to the brambles in front of the portal to the Dreamgrove.
Stand there at the brambles for about a minute or two, he will finally appear and let you progress.
There are many people talking online about a phasing issue with Magni and a quest in BFA, but this won't stop your progression for this quest.Unfortunately, you will miss all his dialogue because of the phasing issue, but at least you will be able to move forward.

Description
The portal to the Dreamway is open and it is here where our paths must part. The Moonglade remains vulnerable to the attacks of the Burning Legion and I must ensure it is well defended. I'm entrusting you with the mission to Val'sharah, {name}. Archdruid Greathoof is the leader of the druids there. He is wise in the old ways and will provide us invaluable assistance. The Dream can be dangerous so I will send Keeper Remulos to guide you. Meet with him upon the other side.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

I agree with Keeper Remulos. To confront and defeat the Legion, we will need weapons of legendary power. Among the history of our kind, there have been four weapons of renown. Tell me, which weapon would you pursue first?
