For Old Times' Sake

Here is how to get this quest open so you can get Admiral Taylor as your follower!

Take your flight from garrison to Spires of Arak. Complete all quests up to and including "One of our own" which frees Jasper Fel who will then go on ahead to Southport.

Follow and talk to Jasper in Southport. Pick up quest to build your base. Jasper then has a quest "Old Friends" to go to Admiral Taylors Garrison. Turn this in at Admiral Tailors Garrison. Pick up "I see dead people".

Fins plans drop off spectral laborers. Progress though the chain in Southport, eventually you will get "Punishable by death" and "Prime the cannons" from Lady Claudia and Sir Harris. Turning these in opens up the quest "Admiral Taylor"! Of course you need to find Admiral Taylor (I won't go into details here so as not to spoil anything, but complete the quest and turn it in).

Jasper Fel appears and give you "Honoring a Hero" Return to Southport to turn this in.

Turn around and THERE is Admiral Taylor! (well, what remains of him)

He give you the quest "For old times sake" which you accept and turn in to add Admiral Taylor as a follower!
