Fragment of the Past

This starts a quest chain which eventually leads to The Seat of the Triumvirate: Armor of the Triumvirate, awarding you with an Ensemble Transmog appearance for your armor type based on the looks of the armor pieces that drop in [zone=8910].

Starts from [item=152204], which for me dropped from an enemy in the Seat of the Triumvirate, but can also drop from the elite ethereals in the Shadowguard Incursion part of Mac'Aree.

For me (having done all of week 3 content, including the dungeon quest), Captain Fareeya was in the Vindicaar.

The follow-up quest is The Broken Blacksmith.

The particular instance of Captain Fareeya needed to hand in this quest is located in Mac'Aree at the Conservatory of the Arcane teleporter. See screenshot linked below.
Information is correct as of Patch 7.3 PTR - Build 24651, 25/07/17
