TheWoWDBThe extra action button was not showing up for me either.. after restarting and abandoning and picking back up several times I found the fix/issue.
I dismounted... and that fixed it.. the extra action button showed up! So not sure why id didn't show up when mounted, but when dismounted it showed up!

It might be a bug, but I had to do some side quests to get the action button to pop up to do this.
Sorry, but I didn't track the quests I did.
I had to complete this to complete Divide and Conquer ... then I could use the extra action button to "Remove the Barrier".. finally interact with the console.

Description
An ethereal army runs on its energy siphons. Interrupt the flow of energy by destroying their siphon tower, and the army will pull back. It's one of their weaknesses as minions. Normally I wouldn't share the secrets of their defeat, but they betrayed me and will forever live with the consequences. The siphon has a control console that can be overloaded to collapse the system. It will be shielded by a void barrier. Alleria can remove it for you.
