I had to wait till today to find this quest. It just popped up, so I doubt it is tied to any achievements or such, as I was on Draenor on day one and had level 3 garrison for at about two weeks now, and mine for at least one.

Description

One of our junior surveyors has been harassing me about unusual seismic activity. I find it hard to believe that we accidentally built on some kind of fault line - we triple checked! Can you have a word with him?

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Aye, we triple-checked the site before we set up here. Nary a peep from the ol' earthly deep. But there's been rumblin's today, and they're gettin' closer! I tell ya somethin' ain't right! Ye don't have to take my word for it - the Tremor-Tracker is just about finished collecting data.
