This is the "The Fate of Teron'gor" Secrets of the Sargerei part of the In Pursuit of Gul'dan.
Travel to Court of Souls in Talador (44.2, 65.4) and talk to Lady Liadrin to get 2 quests which take place nearby to northeast -> jump into hole in ground (at 46.7, 63.5), clear way to 2 crystals on left & right of the corridor you end up in, click the crystals -> door opens in middle of corridor -> go in, kill Adept Vatrusta -> click on 3 crystals (and avoid lava on ground) -> turn in quest & done -> can take portal back to Vol'mar by doorway.
These quests (one of the above three) are earned on Server Maintenance days, after the reset. Completing one of their lines will unlock the next on the following week.

Description
Your ally, Liadrin, has sent a missive requesting aid near Auchindoun. The Sargerei have made a new assault there and breached something important. It is no coincidence this happened after Gul'dan's ascendancy. We will watch the front here, commander.
