This quest is insanely difficult at level 113. I can just barely solo one at a time on my monk but I come extremely close to dying. If I pull even one extra mob, I'm dead. I think this was specifically designed for 120 and up, the scaling seems broken for a solo world quest.
EDIT: It appears there are quite a few Rampaging Gatecrashers that are actively being tanked by the NPCs. Killing those makes this world quest significantly easier.

I'm doing this on a level 60 with iLevel 143 gear, basically a dungeon-geared SL toon and it takes quite some time to down these mobs. This is a really odd quest - these guys are super tough.
