THIS NPC IS NOT EASY TO FIND! Ok now that I have that off my chest, he is in Stonedark Grotto, down below. The entrance to Stonedark Grotto is at 42.6, 25.7 in Bloodhunt Highland.

Description
The murlocs are usually pretty scared of us, but some bigger one led them into our cavern and they're getting too brave. Kill their leader. I think its name is something like "Guhruhlruhlruh."
