Description
That was a fairly strong showing at Baleheim, {name}. Before you go off patting yourself on the back there's work to be done at Nifflevar. We've located the vrykul responsible for the majority of the harpoon attacks on our frigates - goes by the name of Yavus. You'll find him in the main harpoon structure on the bluffs of Nifflevar, southeast of here. Track him down and execute him for crimes against the Alliance! Do me proud, {name}!

We must strike while the vrykul forces are in disarray! Take the harpoon control mechanism to Nifflevar and locate the northernmost harpoon building on the bluff side of the village. Once there, commandeer one of the vrykul harpoon guns that are stationed on the building's deck.
