This quest was not showing up for me. I had completed the previous quest, The Tabiqa. The Soul Scribe and his crew and Xaltesh (I cant spell this stuff from memory you guys) were standing around in front of the table, and the table had all the junk on it, but the quest wasnt there. Reloading and relogging didnt help.

Finally I was party lead and did quest sync with another person who had already completed that area made the quest finally show up for me. I dont know what I did to bug it. I didnt even realize I HAD a bug until my quest partner wanted to do the manaforge thing together and I had no idea what he was talking about.

So if anyone else cant figure out how to get the quest and the guys are all standing around doing nothing, try quest syncing.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Narathe is right. We are fortunate that void elves have experience battling the Shadowguard. The wastes of K'aresh are merciless, and the battle to come will be as well. I hope they are prepared for a brutal fight. These will not be the scattered scouts they are used to fighting on Telogrus.
