This quest was not showing up for me. I had completed the previous quest, The Tabiqa. The Soul Scribe and his crew and Xaltesh (I cant spell this stuff from memory you guys) were standing around in front of the table, and the table had all the junk on it, but the quest wasnt there. Reloading and relogging didnt help.
Finally I was party lead and did quest sync with another person who had already completed that area made the quest finally show up for me. I dont know what I did to bug it. I didnt even realize I HAD a bug until my quest partner wanted to do the manaforge thing together and I had no idea what he was talking about.
So if anyone else cant figure out how to get the quest and the guys are all standing around doing nothing, try quest syncing.

Description
By the Songs of K'aresh, I will join you to face the Shadowguard and Dimensius in battle. Let those that would prey on Untamed K'aresh fear his followers! My scouts have tracked your comrades setting a foothold in Shadowguard territory. They will need our assistance. K'aresh lives! Our cause is just! Our oaths are unbroken!
