Hunting for a Good Author

Hunting for a Good Author is a quest for level 80 in The Oasis. It is step 1 of 9 in the Nesingwary Necessities storyline, the opening step. The quest's turn-in marker is in The Azure Span at 18.8, 39.9. It rewards 1,450 experience and money.

Description

I am growing concerned that we may be in danger of overbalancing the ecosystem. We require a consultant.

Have you read "The Green Hills of Stranglethorn?" I enjoyed it a great deal. The author appears to have turned from hunter to conservationist. Do not ask how I acquired this information.

However, these are precisely the two skills I need. Retrieve him. Last I heard, he was in the Azure Span on the Dragon Isles. Use the portal to travel there.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
