The Void Creepers are six legged-two tailed creatures around the immediate area of Om'nittar. Interact with six of them then talk with Om'nittar.
The Void Spores are black apparitions that you need to POINT YOUR CHARACTER TOWARDS and press your extra action button. You'll suck them up like a Ghostbuster! :D These are right next to Om'door, speak with him after collecting.

If you have both objectives complete and wont let you move on, log out and log back in. That worked for me.

If you get the error message "Spell not learned", just take to the quest giver and choose the dialogue option again. That fixed it for me.

Description

Just like Engineer Om'loof, I have hired more well-regarded, highly trained, expensive management consultants from cartel Om. Two of them have not reported in. Are they dead, or just distracted again? Find botanist Om'nittar and shield technician Om'door. Get their damage reports. I need to know if the attack caused any lasting damage to my dome.

My Reshii Ribbon is all that is keeping this dome and its systems from collapsing. This eco-dome took too much of my fortune to build just for the Shadowguard to destroy it. They have sabotaged many of our control consoles, risking a complete ecological collapse.
