After bell has been "rang", best way to enjoy this WQ is sit on a rock and watch dozen or so players frantically running around trying to even find one of the 10 mobs they need to kill, which haven't respawned yet from the last dozen players.
Seems to be a thing with Blizzard to recycle old campaign quests as WQ's. They made more sense when so many people not trying to do them at same time.

For this quest, after clicking on the bell (found at coordinates 47,63 - thank you, waelkd!) you will go into a phased area where you will need to defeat a certain number of two kinds of mobs (some of the mobs you will need are elite). Personally, my experience was a little frustrating because there are other mobs in the area which don't count for the quest, and they sometimes start attacking you. Also, when I did this the area was really crowded with other players, so sometimes it was hard to find the mobs you need. Overall not too bad though.
Another badly designed time sink. two thirds of the mobs in this area don't count for the quest, the ones you want will be hard to find.
Idiotic really.
