I can confirm what Tuvock said. Odd that nobody noticed this guy is a cooking trainer, saying hes going to give his students honorary cleavers. Yet if you read the note, and later quest text it says he is giving them mining picks. Dwarves must cook weird.
I guess it stands to reason that if you already completed your own faction's version of this quest you wouldn't be able to do another faction's version.
Would be nice to get another 475 gnomer rep for completing this chain though :)

Description
I see a lot of young dwarves at my door, eager to learn the trade of cooking. And if there's one thing a cook needs more than anything, it's a cleaver! I have a list of students who scored high in their lessons and earned an honorary cleaver. Take my list to Golnir Bouldertoe in Ironforge. He'll get the cleavers ready. The fastest way to Ironforge is on a gryphon, so bring the list to our gryphon master, Brolan Galebeard, and speak with him about transport to Ironforge.
