Yes, if you're here, you're coming to realize this quest is another poorly designed, low spawn rate collecting quest where some of the buds can't be collected. Took way too long to get six buds looted!
ok so patch launch day I was aiming for the ones on the minimap, don't, they don't work. Wander around and look for the purple flowers near the trees, if they sparkle they work, if they don't, ignore it, they are unique to you. Took me about 5 mins to get all 6

Description
The Tabiqa has not been attempted for thousands of years. It was clear that the Devouring War destroyed K'aresh. And yet, looking at this dome... they have recreated so much that I thought lost forever--fresh water, clean air, even the zaranit flowers I thought extinct. Does the Harbinger speak the truth? No. I didn't break my oath and abandon the Worldsoul. K'aresh is gone.
