Into the Unknown is a quest for level 60 in Ardenweald. It rewards 8,150 experience and money.
Come to pay old Marasmius a visit? I have a special task for you.
One of my shoots has found a strange place, a place even I've never seen before.
I'm not entirely sure what's in there or if it's even safe. But that's what my trusty mushroomancers are for!
What do you say, <name>? Up for an adventure?

It doesn't seem to be a way to get back to the corpse for resurrection if one dies in this hidden area. I could not use the fungus transportation system when dead, so I had to accept Resurrection Sickness in order to get back in.
If you die in the cavern you can use the 'Stuck Character Service' option in 'Support' from the 'Game Menu.' You'll get logged out and an email will follow shortly telling you the process is complete. After logging back into my character I ended up somewhere in Eastern Kingdoms but I was back alive without any additional damage to my gear or the 10-minute rez sickness debuff.
I can hear you but I won't
