You are in the Necropolis with Bwonsomdi. There are so many players that you don’t notice The Spirit of Vol’Jin on the platform. Click on him and you’ll complete the “talk to Vol’jin” part of the quest.

If you went to the maw without clicking on Vol’jin, return to Vol’jin’s wormhole on that miniature island in Ardenweald, coords 50.55 44.59. Enter the wormhole to get back to the Necropolis platform. Click on him.

After you talk to Vol’jin that part is complete. Now you “Travel to the Maw.”
Go to Oribos and jump into the Maw-then STOP. In a couple seconds Vol’jin will appear and you can hand in the quest. Pick up the next quest, Tracking a Wild God.

(NOTE on travel from platform: After you talk with Vol’jin, If you would rather go to Ardenweald from the platform, click on the smokey purple swirl on the edge of the platform that says “Bwonsomdi’s Secret Door to Ardenweald” when you mouse over it. It takes you to his wormhole. You can go to Oribos later to jump into the maw and finish the quest.)
