[npc=117035] can be found along the Rockaway Coast, southwest of the Shipwreck Cove flight path of northern Highmountain. It has about a minute respawn timer. It casts both [spell=50774] and [spell=19717]. This enemy is neither player- nor faction-tagged. When defeated, you will receive progress for world quest completion. This world quest provides progress for Assault on Highmountain.

Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
