There is sometimes a bug that when right clicking a siege engine, it triggers the death animation on it, but then resets to standing animation and does not count towards quest progress. If you are mounted, then dismount. If you are not mounted then log out and log in again and it seems to fix it every time on every character I've tried and two friends as well.
EDIT: Simply made it easier to read.
Quest
Iron Them Out
A World of Warcraft quest in Talador. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.

Currently, if you have the perk from the stables in which you can interact with quest objects while mounted, you must dismount to dismantle the siege engines. If you do this while mounted, they will reform in mid air and you will not receive credit. Simply dismount.
You can also give the quest back in Draka's Den (58.9 20.1), Draka seems to be multitasking...

What to do
Description
The orcs themselves are not the only threat. We may have weakened them considerably, but they still have siege weapons of significant power. Sabotage siege weapons you find with the explosives you collected from the beach.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Dreadpiston
Nearby, a group of Iron Horde took over a key strategic position with surprising alacrity. They used a machine they call Dreadpiston to terrible effect in the siege, and I believe we need to destroy that machine before moving against the Iron Horde in Tuurem.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- An Eye for a Spy
Excellent, excellent! I'll make sense of these manual pages and will get the Iron Shredder operational immediately! While I do that, take a look through my Eye 'n' Ear. That's where you'll be headed soon!
