Keristrasza is not always there. Use the Augmented Arcane Prison to summon her. If you lost the item ask Raelorasz to give you another one.

As many people are still fleshing out their WotLK / Northrend content in this starting zone, or even trying to wrangle some [faction=1091] reputation, I felt this mini-guide would be extremely helpful to new and experienced players alike. It should be noted that the majority of these quests count towards Nothing Boring About Borean which also leads one towards [achievement=1360]. =^)
These quest series begin by discovering a [item=35648] (right-click on this item in the player's bags), dropping from one of the [npc=25719]s, which then starts the first quest chain .
*Player note: Do not confuse the [npc=25719]s (humanoids) with [npc=25722]s (which are dragonkin)*Puzzling... which after turning in to [npc=26117] at the Transitus Shield gives players...
The Cell where you search for two other fragments of an arcane prison ([item=35668] / [item=35669]. Items acquired at this point become [item=35671] upon turn-in.
*Player note: Both items are found only on the two blue dragon micro-bosses ([npc=25716] / [npc=25712]) in the center of the blue round magic circles outside of the [zone=4265] fissures.*Here it appears this chain ends, but actually continues on in a 2nd chain. If you lose your [item=35671] at any time, speak to [npc=26117] at the Transitus Shield for a free replacement.
*Player note: Just be certain that it wasn't placed in the bank during a side trip, as there aren't any banks within a large portion of this zone (including the Hold). If he doesn't automagically give you the option to replace it, try clicking the "What is the cause of this conflict?" to bring it up.*Upon right-clicking [item=35671], player then releases [npc=26206] who then begs for assistance to confront [npc=28859] by talking to her once the player is ready for the [zone=4265] raid zone.
Keristrasza allows players to speak to her again to continue the chain.
*Player note: If she somehow gets lost or the player drops the quest, it is best advised to go just outside of the Shield and summon her for each next quest, as other locations sometimes quest error or are incorrect areas.*Bait and Switch has players collect 10 [item=35685]s (which are the pink crystal plants all over Coldarra) to make bait to beat his blue dragon guardian, [npc=26232] human form / [npc=26231] (dragon non-quest form). Pretty self-explanatory, just turn them in when done.
Once collected she calls for Saragosa's End and gives players a [item=35690] with which to bait [npc=26232] and drag back [item=35709] for another quest.
*Player note: When ready, talk to [npc=26206] and she will teleport the player to [npc=26232]'s platform up way above. Use the [item=35690] to summon her and she'll arrive in dragon form then change to human form for the fight. When dead, call [npc=26206] and turn in the quest, accept the next quest and stop talking to her. Speak to her again for a FREE teleport back down to the ground for the next turn-in.*Mustering the Reds is where she asks players to carry her to [npc=26117] back at Transitus Shield (in the Prison). Turn it in!
[npc=26117] then wants players to start Springing the Trap by using [item=44950] to light a signal fire on some bundles of wood to the northwest of the Nexus at coords 25.5, 22.
*Player note still valid by user beachboy:1. Open your map. Move your character so that the arrow representing your position is directly above the "N" and to the left of "The" in "The Nexus" on the map. The bundle of wood you have to light is outside, in the snow.
2. Light the bundle of wood using the item provided to you, [item=44950].
3. Take your hands off your keyboard and mouse, sit back, and enjoy the show. After a few minutes of NPC dialog and a scene where you ride a dragon, you should complete the quest. You do not have to do ANYTHING.
4. Turn in the quest at Transitus Shield.*Finally [npc=26117] asks the player to lay to rest the corrupted aspect of the Prisoner of War, [npc=26723], which shows her as insane probably due to being forced to become [npc=28859]'s new consort. Could also explain [item=43665]
*Player note: Players will have to defeat all of the bosses in the [zone=4265] in order to be able to finally release [npc=26723]'s corrupted aspect. Each boss is connected to one of the three click-able spheres to release her ([npc=26731]=[object=188526] / [npc=26763]=[object=188527] / [npc=26794]=[object=188528]). Proven exception is the [npc=27947] and [npc=27949], which are trash bosses that can be skipped, though Heroic replacements [npc=26796] and [npc=26798] have blue gear loot.*FINAL NOTE: Killing each of the bosses in the [zone=4265] yields MULTI-FACTION REPUTATION! What to do
Description
I am... free? I was destined to spend an eternity roaming an empty abyss, and now am saved? You cannot fathom my gratitude, mortal. When I refused to bend to his will Malygos bound me to that prison, then shattered it and scattered the pieces. Should I live one hundred of your lifetimes, I shall not forget this kindness. Perhaps, in time, I will find ways to repay you. For now, though, we must focus our attention on Malygos. I am weak, and there is much to be done. I need your help, {name}.

Before this quest

- The Cell
You've discovered a fragment of a special prison, <name>. Malygos' minions use similar prisons to hold their captured mages and other arcane entities, but this prison was constructed to hold something... stronger.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Bait and Switch
During my captivity I was able to learn much about Malygos. Fate now allows us to use this knowledge against him. There is a great blue dragon, Saragosa, who circles high above the Nexus. She serves both as the aspect's guardian and as his consort.
