If you were stuck like me at the end of this quest chain after Lorewalking and there was no portal or exit or obvious thing to do:
click on the "Ask a Question" button on the Lorewalking popout. This allows you to speak to Lorewalker Cho and finish the quest/scenario "Telogrus Rift" and with it the final part of this quest chain.

Make sure that you first use Cho's (Quest) option rather than (Teleport).

You can softlock yourself by using (Teleport) and completing Remember the Sunwell before speaking to Cho, you will then be stuck on Step 2 where it's telling you to pick up the completed quest.

If you get stuck I am not aware of any solution other than exiting Lorewalking and speaking to Cho again, potentially using the "Start Over" option and starting the whole Lorewalking over again.
