It is located just south of Addington Yards.
From Tidecross, follow the road south across the water until you are south of the ship in Addington Yards.
From Brennadam follow the road east until you are south of the ship in Addington Yards. Same spot.
There is a street light here at a fork in the road. Just south of here, across the water is the flight point and quest turn-in.
To find quest npc [npc=131793] you have to travel to 68.8 65.2 spot.
