Do A line in the Dirt at the same time and you will nearly get all your badges in one swoop.
You have to do the other quest here where you take then defend a hill to unlock this one. You can also do the one where you collect merit badges, because when you do the hill attack/defense one a lot of the required mobs will spawn and you'll have help beating them, whereas if you just find them near the ballistas it takes way longer. Quest smarter not harder.

Description
Our defense of the Barrens hasn't gone well under Gar'dul's command, {name}. Garrosh has sent Warlord Bloodhilt here to take control of the situation. He's here in camp, and if you want to make a good impression, you'll demonstrate some initiative. Head east into the Fields of Blood and seek out Northwatch recon units. Bringing the new Warlord a stack of their merit badges will help you make a name for yourself!
