I can't believe nobody has noticed, but the typo in the quest-text for this is quite amusing.
I'd believe he got immortality, not immorality from the bronze dragonflight.
This made me chuckle quite a bit :>

I noticed he shuffled funny after I asked him the first 50 times, so I tried walking behind him and asking him, it worked like a charm, oddly enough.

Looks like I'm getting rated down, but don't rate me down if you havn't had this error, this worked perfectly for me and I've told people who asked in general chat and it has worked for them as well. Just walk behind him then talk to him.

Description

When the bronze dragonflight gifted me with immortality and set me on the path of the witness, Nozdormu entrusted me with the Lorehammer. The hammer's reaction to your findings means that time has gone awry here and it is our duty to restore the true timeline. We must find it. To the northwest is Frostfloe Deep, ancient burial cave of the warriors of Tunka'lo. Seek out the spirit of Chieftain Swiftspear, Stormhoof's brother. Ask him what he remembers of his brother's battle against the North Wind.
