All that build up for some epic reporting, possibly followed up with a reprimand.
And... nothing.
I turned in the quest and absolutely nothing. No dialogue, no movie, no cut scene... just NOTHING.
We just finished an epic quest to reunite the Amani with their loa, which in turn could be seen as a threat to Eversong, but destroying the Twilight's Blade from flanking Silvermoon should at least be something worthy of noting, and Liadrin wanting to stay behind to help the Amani further should be even more worrying for Lor'themar. And yet, nothing.
Just how lazy are you, blizz?
Quest
Reports Returned
A World of Warcraft quest in Zul'Aman. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.

You won't be able to pick up this quest if you have not finished the full Zul'Aman zone Campaign. You will be able to pick it up after you complete the Zul'Aman campaign quest Broken Bridges which makes Lady Liadrin appear on the bridge.
I think it is safe to say that there is a dialog that is supposed to play when you walk in. The comments if you talk to Liadrin standing next to him imply one just took place. Most likely being blocked by one of the other instanced events that talk place in this small space.

What to do
Description
I will go to Silvermoon but... I will return here to advise Zul'jarra. I feel I let my past and my prejudices get in the way of my judgement regarding the Amani. You could say that being a hash'ura is a befitting atonement but... I feel drawn to stay, perhaps to help Zul'jarra in guiding her people back to the loa. I will go to Silvermoon with you to bear the report--and Lor'themar's reaction. If we go now, we may return to... party. <A small smile cracks Liadrin's usually stoic face.>

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

- Looming Shadows
Though we've triumphed over Ruia and the Lightbloom for now, more remains to be done. The elders will want to convene regarding the Hara'ti's new place in the world, now that we have stepped out from the shadows of our past. Our reticence and fear will not vanish overnight.
