Murder Row: One Fel Swoop is a dungeon quest for level 80-83. It is step 6 of 6 in the Fear and Fel storyline, the final step. The quest's turn-in marker is in Silvermoon City at 56.8, 61.3. It rewards 47,050 experience and money.
Description
We have all the puzzle pieces. Zaen smuggles fel relics from the Broken Isles by stacking the Silvermoon Harbor with his own smugglers. The relics are processed in Murder Row, then fel magic is infused into mana wyrms for sale and siphoning.
Such a convoluted operation might be impressive, if the goals weren't so reckless. Zaen is preying on people's fear. He doesn't care who he helps or hurts as long as he rakes in the gold.
Let us end it. We'll find the Illicit Rain in Murder Row and clear it out.
Use the group finder, choose Follower Dungeons if you do not want to do this with random, possibly toxic strangers. I did this dungeon with a level 81 char. It says you can even do it with a level 80.
in rewards it says "you will unlock access to the following: Dungeon: Murder Row" implying that you have to complete this quest to unlock the dungeon... but the quest requires entering said dungeon fortunately that is not the case, it's just very badly worded
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
The darkened streets of Murder Row hide a secret fel-smuggling operation that has been preying on the fears of Silvermoon's citizens ever since the Voidstorm appeared.
Bosses in the Adventure Guide, in order: Kystia Manaheart, Zaen Bladesorrow, Xathuux the Annihilator, Lithiel Cinderfury.
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled. Instance text, bosses and entrances are the client’s Adventure Guide data.
That manifest is stamped by the Silvermoon Harbor. It looks like Zaen has his smugglers working there to push his fel relic shipments through inspections. If we cut off their supply line at the harbor, we can halt the fel operation until we track down Zaen and end it for good.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
