what helped me was making a macro to target him then I started flying around spamming the macro until I found him, then placed a skull target marker on his head to find him on land.

When you get inside and you're on the walkway that runs around the lava--it has the weapon racks and the mobs you kill for badges--turn right and go up the ramp until you get to the covered area (not the hallway to the right--it's the covered "room" on the walkway. He spawns there, but while this is new content, he's getting burned down quickly. So, do this: Kills the adds right around there until he spawns, then kill him, then run around the ramp and burn the weapon racks.

Description

The Dark Horde may strut around inside the mountain, but an orc called Nagosh is the one rulin' this roost. He barks orders, then charges straight into a fight. Rock-heads in command like that one are what gets everyone on all sides killed. I'd bet anything that numbskull claimed Faol's shiny relic. Keep an eye out. He may jump ye in the middle of a fight.
