I present You Storyline Slyvern Plunge. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Azure Span which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:
1a. Prowling Polar Predators - Quest start from [npc=192825] 63.61 28.86 - Slay 6 Infected Frigidpelts.
1b. Mossing the Mark - Pick up 5 [item=197983] from [object=378176] /way 63.70 30.68 /way 63.60 30.90 /way 63.54 31.21 /way 63.44 31.35 /way 63.25 31.39
3a. Needles to Say - Collect 15 [item=198336] from [npc=193053] ( just need to press on them.
3b. Vitamins and Minerals - Collect 4 [item=198797] from [object=378175] ( blue crystals ). /way 64.68 28.33 /way 65.21 28.20 /way 65.04 28.13 /way 65.46 28.82
5. Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice - First press on [object=379051] behind NPC then speak with [npc=192825] then speak with [npc=193068].
6. Save a Slyvern - Go to 65.69 30.82 next to cave and wait if you can't see any NPC.
7. They Took the Kits - Enter cave and Rescue [npc=193078]. You can use [item=200526] to get around NPC or just slay mobs and rescue kits. After this Quest Storyline will finish.Hope That Help You :)

The Barbed Bakars didn't drop a single quill for me, even though their tooltip suggested they would. Just picked them from Prickly Crystalspines.

Description
I want to help Sylvie, but I don't want to delay Cally any longer. To give Sylvie the medicine, I need arcane-infused quills from the crystalpine. I'm sure they won't mind if you pluck a few off! And mind the bakar! They eat crystalpine and might get mad at you touching it. If you do have to defend yourself, you can collect some spines from them as well. But... try not to do that, please.
