While Off-the-Books Brawlin' sounds rather like PvP, it's not.
For quest credit, kill mobs in Western Spray, and click piles of supplies to destroy them.

You also get credit for this by killing other players in PvP, although you can do it easily by killing the NPCs in Western Spray.

Description

Gazlowe hired you for protection too? I guess it's true that he only hires the best, eh? Ha! Pay's great, but the rules are dung: no fightin' in town, no exceptions. Bah! <Usha takes a big gulp of her drink.> That tiny tender prince won't give us his tech unless he thinks we're good little angels... Ha! But Gazlowe didn't say nothin' about fightin' outside of town. I got my own squad on the outskirts, ready to brawl with Grumbol's guzzlers if they show their bearded faces. You want in?
