To find the hat make your way from Fallhaven to the north and climb on the hill where some wolves are.
At the provided coordinates you see a pile of bones, the hat is on to the pile.

To turn in the quest you have to Gol Var ruins, entarance is at 44.90 27.41, pass through the house.
You can collect all of the items first and then turn in all of the quests at once.
