If you have picked up all the potadpoles and gone to the location with the yellow arrow, mouse over the arrow to get a "hand" icon. Then click to release the potadpoles. There's no action button and nothing in your bags to use.

Hi all
On This WQ You need to captur 8 [npc=250255] - you don't need to dismount to do it :) after you get 8 fly to /way #2413 70.71 38.80, and press on [object=571007].
