Getting there

Alliance flight points closest to the quest’s turn-in marker on Dragonblight:

• Stars' Rest, DragonblightAlliance · at the same spot
• Fordragon Hold, DragonblightAlliance · about 1,300 yards north-east
• Moa'ki, DragonblightAlliance and Horde · about 1,300 yards south-east

From the turn-in, the objective areas lie:

• Objective areaabout 540 yards west

Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

• A Strange DeviceDragonblight · Level 15-30

Picking up this strange device, you are certain that it is magical in nature. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to connote any other kind of use. Perhaps the archmage back at Stars' Rest to the east of the Moonrest Gardens would be able to tell what it's used for?

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

• The Focus on the BeachDragonblight · Level 15-30

The mage hunter forces are active on the Glittering Strand to the south of Moonrest Gardens. My guess is that you'll find a heavily guarded focus on the beach and a captain who is in charge of it. No doubt the captain will have some sort of controlling device on their person.
