Go to the Z in Azjol-Nerub on the map. There are two holes, which look like eyes. You can either jump down into the water, or go past the holes, behind them and follow the ramp down to your right. If you jump in, again, follow the winding ramp down to your right.

The above coordinates are correct, but just in case there is any confusion, the High Cultist is down several levels below the entrance to the pit. Just keep spiraling down to your right as you enter the pit (past the Azjol-Nerub entrance) until you see him.

Description

I have dreamed of Zangus before but without the context that you have discovered, I knew not what it meant. You have brought clarity to the vision that the goddess has bestowed upon me, and now I know that he can be found within the Pit of Narjun to the north. You know your target, {name}. If there's to be an end to the suffering of the land, the high cultist must die!
