This quest is making me hate my life.
I eventually got it done after riding up and down the western shoreline between Zan'jir Terrace, Ashen Strand and Mezzamere.
There's a billion other people doing the exact same thing and anyone can punt them into the water.I guess this will be less terrible once you unlock flying since more area can be covered more quickly then. Until then we dine in hell... on carp.
