TheWoWDBIncase anyone else gets confused like I did....
There are Twilight riverbeasts floating in the river at low health with vines sticking out of them, WoW will show them as quest mobs, these are actually the mobs for Fiona's Solution. The ones you want are south, they are dead with target-able Blooming Mandragoa attached to their body.

The botani are infecting the local riverbeasts with some kind of strange flesh-eating plant. I fear this infection could spread to our people. If you see any infested riverbeasts, kill the blooming plants that inhabit their bodies... before they kill you.
