Shrouding Stones

Shrouding Stones is an Alliance-only quest for level 10-40 in Shadowmoon Valley. It is step 3 of 8 in the On the Shadow's Trail storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Shadowmoon Valley at 29.2, 25.7. It rewards 5,450 experience and money.

Description

Long ago, the shaman of the Shadowmoon clan erected three stones in the woods. There, they performed their sacred rituals, blessing the beasts and the trees.

Now, someone has placed a fel magic upon those stones. This corruption is what shrouds the village of Gul'var.

Before we can use the captured demon to safely peer into the Shadow Council's village, we must bring down those stones.

This is super easy if you can fly, the stones are located at 25.9/15.9 - 23.1/24.3 - 23.7/28.6 and land on top of each stone and click on it, you can't be attacked and it will be destroyed but you just remount floating in the air:)

You'll find the 3 stones in the corrupted forest to the left side of your Garrison, when looking at the map. A good idea, is to do the Lumber Mill Order quest (collect 10 timber logs) and the kill 10 corrupted creature quests at the same time.:)
