If you're standing at Taoshi but unable to turn in quest despite finishing all of the criteria, then move out of the cave and run back in. I experienced some sort of phasing issue that was resolved after out ranging her quest turn in location.

Description
Underneath Kypari Kor is a large chamber where the mantid tend to the tree. That must be where the source of the corruption lies. We need to get into that chamber and stop them. N'Zoth must not be allowed to empower the swarm.
