Roseate Essence Quest will appear as a "!" on your map of Dalaran (Legion). You do not have to find and accept the quest. When it appears on your map of Dalaran, you know you can complete it.
You get the quest item by milling Starlight Rose. The quest item is a random drop, not automatic but shouldn't require a ton of herbs - I milled 3 times and got it.
You can mill anywhere, location does not matter. Once you get the quest item simply return it to Dalaran.

Here is how it works:
- Take some Starlight Rose herb with you
~50-100 just in case you are unlucky
Usually you will get a quest item after 20-30 herbs.- Changed, no need to fly anywere
Fly to the location where you see the quest mark- Use [spell=169106]
- After 5-100 herbs you will get a quest item
- Bring this item back to the [npc=92195] in Dalaran

I see this quest on the map, but when I go in and out of the building. It isn't on Professor Pallin and disappears from my map. Anyone experience this or find a way around it?
