This bonus objectives quest can not be completed while the " an Invasion of Murlocs?" quest is up during a legion invasion. The required mobs and objects are phased out and replaced by legion invasion mobs and objects.
Just noticed while doing legion Invasions on a leveling alt, this quest shows up during the Fel murloc quest, but nothing you do counts toward the total.
wholly-grail addons report it unfinished. Any idea why I can't see it offered?

Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
