I got so frustrated doing this quest chain - the Kraul is such a confusing warren! By the time I got to this quest, I was so turned around and swearing my head off. Back at the quest giver I nearly kicked myself when I realised how much time I had wasted. So I am here to share some directions:
Standing next to the quest giver, facing the same direction (looking into the Kraul) you want to take the path to the left that heads up. All three caves are quite close together and on the top ridges. Don't go back down into the warren. I have shared a screenshot where you can see the path, the quest-giver & all three caves.
You will come to the Central Stockpile first (cave entrance is at 45.6, 78.2) once you come out (your back to the cave) you turn right heading up the path rather than back down where you came from. The Eastern Stockpile (cave entrance is at 46.3, 78.1) is literally right next to the central one. With your back to the cave again, you want to take a left, walk past the cave the central stockpile was in and continue up the path. It splits in two, one going further up or under a huge thorny vine arch with a torch under it. Take the path under the arch and the last cave is just a little way from there where you will find the Western Stockpile (cave entrance is at 43.6, 78.5).
Hope this helps and is clear.

I have offically (at least according to the all the things add on) have completed every quest you currently complete on horde and alliance and the quests in this zone are easily the worst of the expansion (so far). I don't know who thought this zone was a good idea. The old cata team when re-creating the barrens actually removed pretty all those terrible quil boar nests and replaced them with nice accessible open zones that players didn't dread going to.
I only hope that this wow dev team learns their lesson like the others did and don't make this mistake again.

What to do
Description
The quilboar are up to something, something big. You need to stop it! They've been busy bringing supplies up to the caves above their sanctum. Preserved thorns, cauldrons of venom, giant totems... They're preparing for war. Get up there and destroy those stockpiles before they can be used against the citizens of the valley!

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- War Pigs
They look cute enough now, but that's a new herd of battleboars in training. Farmers don't like waste, and it would be a shame to get rid of such useful creatures. Either way, we could use those pigs, and I'd rather have them with us rather than face a bloodthirsty one in a few years.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Anger in a Bottle
These quilboar are tougher than normal and I think I found out why. They carry vials of some sort, filled with this nasty orange liquid. They'll quaff it and gain tremendous strength and stamina. I'll bet if we get some of it Hobbs could whip up a counter-agent, or whatever it is that alchemists do.
