Doesn't appear to have a follow up at the time of this comment.Actually it leads to Hindering the Legion War Machine, but the Vindicaar has to be in Antoran Wastes to get the quest.
Void-Purged Krokul is a key component here. It gives you 75% increase on mission with spell. It makes a world of difference.

Description
Lend me the aid of your order once again, that we might end the Shadowguard threat permanently. While you confront the Legion, we will face the void. The attack commences once your forces arrive.
