Grab some ammo, hop in a Fel Cannon and shoot bats till the ground is littered with their corpses. It's by far the fastest way to farm the blood.

[item=129204] have low drop rate, so it will take some time. 10-20 mins
It is pretty much the last quest of legion inscription. At least it is the only one that needs 110 level.

** Need 20xRoseate Pigment & 2xSallow Pigment
2-nd collum is additional ordering info. For example you can do both Inscription of the Body and Scribal Knowledge after The Price of Power
Another low drop quest. While using the cannon is a good idea you have the rng part of getting the ammunition and then fighting off the basilisks (who even though they are demons weirdly never drop blood) for your loot.
Once you get all 25 you combine them with 1 [item=124124]

Description
These sigils would make for a fantastic new tarot card. Quite powerful, in fact. We simply require an ink sturdy enough to inscribe them. Fortunately, I have students like you that excel at fetching hard-to-get items. For this project, I require ink mixed from demonic blood. The blood of the demons at Felsoul Hold will serve as a suitable base. You will also need Blood of Sargeras, of course.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

I think it's time for another field trip, <name>. To the Halls of Valor! The Valarjar are masters of all types of runecraft. Perhaps we can find something useful for a new recipe.
