Acquistion:

1. Unlock the [faction=2564] Renown track by completing the 10.1 Embers of Neltharion storyline up to Smells Like Loamm.

3. Increase your [faction=2564] reputation to unlock Renown 20, then accept [npc=205127]'s A Token of Our Gratitude and turn it in. (not sure if this is still mandatory with their May 26th , 2023 hotfix)

5. With that done, Signed, Sealed, Self-Delivered should now show up on [npc=205127].
6. 
   
7. Complete Signed, Sealed, Self-Delivered to get your [item=205937]!
   ¹(this will flag the quest complete for the whole account, so you won't see it on other characters)

Don't worry about quests you didn't accept/complete, [npc=205127] will still be around to get them done.
