So if I understand this quest correctly, should someone need the help of the Unseen Path, they need to physically come to Trueshot Lodge, walk past the front door to the watch tower and light a flare?

Couldn't you just, you know, knock?

That's because you already have the maximum number of [champion=803] recruited. [item=140926] lets you recruit a [champion=803] for free (without using [currency=1220]). Send some Squads on missions (they'll die after being sent out twice). Then, instead of getting a new Squad from [npc=106444], just use the item.

Description

Long ago, we gave select leaders special flares that were only to be used in times of great need. Upon seeing the flare, the leader of the Unseen Path is supposed to head to the southern watchtower to meet with whomever lit it. I don't know who we'll face once we reach the tower, but we must move quickly.
