The Ever Drowning is an Alliance-only quest for level 50 in Nazjatar. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 6,800 experience and money.
Stay close, Champion. I have some magical items that might help us defend briefly against magic attacks, but Azshara was the greatest mage our kind has ever known.
I do not feel confident that these trinkets will hold back her power for long, or even be usable afterward.
Speak with me when you are ready.

You need to move before Shandris Feathermoon, right after the wave passes the bubble.
Keep as close as you can to Shandris. When she shouts "Incoming" get in her bubble as quick as you can. If the wave hits you while you're out of the bubble you'll be dead instantly.
The quest should have been "Get escorted by Shandris Feathermoon" -_-
